This isn't just any cabbage..It's Mike's special sauerkraut cabbage. Each year, Mike lets a few people grow the plants he starts so we can make the worlds best sauerkraut. Or... if we get the wrong bacteria, we'll have spent an afternoon making 100 gallons of decomposed cabbage slime. Glad it's in Mike's basement!
