Ah... memories of fresh Kielbasa at family get-togethers. We asked Aunt Bobbie (Minczewski) once for her secret family recipe for polish sausage. 

Her response was "I go to Eby's Market and buy the stuff. It's too damn hard to make! "

So much for family treasures being handed down thru the generations.

Update: Aunt Bobbie died July 13, 2000. She will be sorely missed. No kielbasa was served at the funeral. That was also sorely missed.

Start with ground pork and secret seasonings.
